Your privacy is important to Ship4u Logistic Inc. and its corporate affiliates (“Ship4u”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “Corporation” or “Company”). This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain your information in the course of conducting business and also applies to users that access our website available at: www.Ship4u.ca (the “Website”). Personal Information refers to any information you provide to Ship4u, including information such as your address for service or any other information required for us to provide our Services, this includes any and all information which may be considered personal as provided during your booked appointments.
3. How Ship4u Collects Your Personal Information
1. You may be asked to voluntarily provide your Personal Information to Ship4u anytime you are in contact with us, including when you book an order or create an Account through our Website or telephone customer service. In those circumstances, you can choose not to provide certain requested Personal Information, however, we may not be able to provide the full range of our Services to you.
2. Once you have booked an order or created an Account the Website which contains your Personal Information, please note we will use your phone number and/or your email address to contact and send you notification, information which you have provided as part of your Personal Information.
3. We use a third-party service provider named Onfleet to assist us and the Drivers in creating delivery orders. If you are a Driver, you are subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Onfleet. You understand, acknowledge, and agree that your Personal Information shall be subject to the privacy policy of Onfleet which can be accessed here. We shall have no responsibility or liability for the information accessed and used by Onfleet in providing their services to us. You agree to indemnify and defend us against any and all claims arising out of or based upon the use of your Personal Information by Onfleet. We have no control over the privacy policy or the ways in which Onfleet may choose to use, store or process such Personal Information.
4. Information Automatically Collected
As is true of most websites, we automatically log information about you and your computer. a) Cookies. To enrich and perfect your online experience, Ship4u uses “Cookies”, similar technologies and services provided by others to display personalized content, appropriate advertising and store your preferences on your computer. A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Ship4u uses cookies to help us identify and track visitors, their usage of our Website, and their website access preferences. The Website visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using the Websites, with the drawback that certain features of our Websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies. Please note some third-party service providers may use cookies on our site. We have no control over those cookies, and they are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

5. How Ship4u Uses Your Personal Information
1. Ship4u uses your Personal Information for various purposes in the regular course of business, including, assisting us in supplying service information, capturing customer survey data, account management purposes, resolving customer queries, designing new initiatives, delivering our newsletter on our services and current offers and for a variety of other internal uses.
2. The third parties with whom we share your information may undertake various activities such as processing card payments and providing services or products for us. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. You may be subject to such third party processing service’s privacy policies. At this time our Company is utilizing the services of PayPal and OTT Pay to process your card payments depending on your choosing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary and to the extent of our best effort to ensure that your Personal Information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The transmission of information via the internet and telecommunication is not completely secure. Although we will take steps to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information or other data transmitted to us through our Website or other means including through your bookings through our Website; any transmission is at your own risk. 3. If you decide to place an order through our Website, create an Account or register to receive our updates, you will need to provide certain Personal Information. By doing so, you agree to receive communications relating to the specific requests such as announcements and our newsletter which contains information on our services and special offers. You understand and agree that once you have provided Personal Information through our Website, such information will be used by independent third-party drivers who have access to Website to fulfill your order requests. We will employ reasonable safeguards to protect your Personal Information in our possession; the independent drivers offering their services to you using our Website are bound by confidentiality provisions related to their use of your Personal Information. However, Ship4u does not guarantee absolute protection of the Personal Information once in the hand of individual drivers and as such it is not liable for misuse of such Personal Information by individual drivers. YOU SHALL INDEMNIFY AND SAVE SHIP4U AND ITS
DIRECTORS, OFFICER AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES, ARISING OUT OF AN INDIVIDUAL DRIVER’S MISUSE AND ABUSE OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION.
6. Disclosure of Personal Information
1. Affiliates – Ship4u and its affiliates may share your Personal Information with each other and use it in connection with our relationship with you for the provision of our Services, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Others – Ship4u may disclose your Personal Information as required by legal disclosure obligations under applicable law, including to comply with a subpoena, warrant or court or arbitral order, or litigation disclosure obligations. Ship4u may also disclose your Personal Information if Ship4u reasonably believes disclosure is necessary or appropriate in connection with national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance.
